Site clearance in Brisbane.
Room for the next stage.

Waste and debris clearance for properties and worksites across Brisbane and within an 80 km radius of Mount Glorious.

Waste & debris clearance

Start with what’s on site.

A site clean-up can involve different materials, quantities and access conditions. Connor Site Clearance helps you define the waste and debris to be cleared, so the quote reflects the actual work.

For renovation clean-ups, property clear-outs or worksite debris, describe each material and its approximate volume. Acceptance and disposal arrangements are confirmed as part of the scope.

Details that make the quote useful

  • Materials: what needs removing, including unknown or potentially hazardous materials.
  • Quantity: an approximate volume or description of the pile, if safely visible.
  • Access: gates, stairs, driveway width, slopes and parking restrictions.
  • Location: the suburb and where the waste sits on the property.
  • Timing: the project stage and preferred clearance date.

Site-clearance questions

Can you quote without visiting the site?

The details you provide help establish the scope. A site visit may still be needed where access, quantity or material type is unclear.

What if asbestos is mixed into the debris?

Let us know before anyone handles the waste. Suspected asbestos needs separate assessment and must not be treated as ordinary site debris.

Does site clearance include an asbestos clearance certificate?

No. General site clearance is waste and debris removal. An asbestos clearance inspection or certificate is a separate process with its own requirements.
